Design Ideas was established in 2019. The team has gained a plethora of experience spanning several years working with a multi-national company, specializing in projects ranging from small to large-scale.
This shared expertise covers and integrates a wealth of experience to every project. Additionally, the team updates and refreshes its proficiency with annual visits to trade shows in Milan, Paris, and Mumbai, enabling them to present clients with what is new and exquisite.
Founder
Tejal has more than 25 years of professional experience as an Interior Designer, he has successfully handled numerous local as well as outstation projects and attended various international trades & fairs with extensive and varied experience in high-end residential, commercial, retail and health-care sector.
Tejal's forte lies in his ability to bring together the various and sometimes challenging agencies like client, consultants, contractors & vendors. With extensive technical and construction knowledge, his knowledge enables us to push the limits of standard construction methods and successfully deliver unique and often complex design solutions for our clients. Apart from being an expert in improving the space efficiency, functionality, scale & lighting effect, he is also a great motivational leader who helps his fellow partners and employees to achieve detailed knowledge in this field. He believes there is no age and no limit to designing a space.

Akshata is a qualified Architect with more than a decade's experience. Her work profile encompasses designing no. of varied scale of residential, retail, hospitality & commercial projects nationally & internationally.
Akshata holds a Bachelor's in Architecture from Mumbai University and is also registered with the Council of Architecture. She believes that Design is a constant evolution of ideas that inspires to create beautiful spaces. Akshata is proactive and determined, with a strong desire to succeed, exceed goals, and maximize a project's potential and value for her clients. She is dedicated to creating timelessly elegant interiors with a solid character uniquely tailored to each specific client. Akshata has a penchant for good colour-schemes and brings a space to life with her keen eye for aesthetics.

Mrinalini is an Interior Designer and has more than 6 years of experience in this field. Apart from the Diploma in Interior Designing, she holds a B.E. in Computer Engineering (Software Engineer) from Mumbai University & has worked in an MNC for around 3 years before understanding her true passion for integrating Technology with Interior Designing to make spaces beautiful and functionally up to date.
The ultimate goal is to design beautiful bespoke spaces that are not only technologically advanced but also functionally efficient. She is passionate about creating environments that make a positive contribution to the quality of people's lives. Mrinalini became intrigued by homes and their ability to shape and improve people's lives. She has expanded her knowledge of bespoke residential design while working on different scale residential projects all around the city.
